Our team working in partnership with your internal partners creates a DEI Values report of recommendations and prescribed process. In this report essential required tools and resources are identified with matched up with appropriate stakeholders. The next few steps include conducting Change Management readiness talks with key team members, providing open door opportunities for team members to provide input and or address concerns.

There are several companies that focus on DEIB, and all pretty much follow the standard consult and over reports and or recommendations etc. For such a critical initiative there seems to be a lack of human centric approach, one that looks at what things bring us together and divide us and what things inspire us as humans, because before we are employers and employees we are human first, and as such are motivated by things that appeal to the humanity in us: the right music/sound can bring a smile to our faces and a tapping of our feet, the telling of a good joke or story can break down our exterior faced to reveal the real us, or help us realize just how much we all share and have in common as much as we have that makes us individuals.
